One of the great musicians of our time makes his HAF debut teaching a masterclass to talented young soloists and/or ensembles.

The class will last three hours, including an interval.

Participating musicians:

Indira Grier (cello) playing Dvorak’s Cello Concerto. Indira is a graduate of the Royal College of Music
Rebecca McNaught (cello) playing Britten’s Sonata Op 65. Rebecca is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Music and Oxford University.
Jobine Siekman (cello) playing Schumann’s Cello Concerto. Jobine is a graduate of the Royal College of Music.
Barbican String Quartet playing Mendelssohn’s Quartet Op 44 No 2. The Barbican Quartet formed at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
Amarins Wierdsma and Tim Crawford (violins), Christoph Slenczka (viola) and cellist Yoanna Prodanova (cello)
